What You'll Do:

You'll be part of supportive, collaborative teams focused on delivering excellent outcomes for our clients. No two days are the same, and you will:

  • Act as the point of contact for a high volume of inbound calls & communication from clients, families, and other stakeholders, ensuring all enquiries are managed with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide practical solutions, support and insights that improve satisfaction and outcomes
  • Use your problem-solving and organisational skills to coordinate services and ensure a great experience
  • Confidently use Microsoft Office and our care management systems to keep things running smoothly
  • Process service requests, update records, and maintain accurate documentation relating to care recipients and service operations.

We're looking for people who are:

  • Excellent communicators, both verbal and written
  • Empathetic, approachable, and great at building trust
  • Confident using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Skilled at prioritising tasks and finding solutions under pressure
  • Naturally curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Passionate about providing outstanding customer service and making a difference every day
  • Knowledge of the Support at Home Program is highly desirable.
