We are looking for a casual Receptionist to join team at Brecken Health Bunbury. Flexible hours are available, this position would suit someone looking to work after-hours and weekends.

Brecken Health Bunbury provides a diverse range of services including General Practice, Sports Medicine and Occupational Health, in this position you will have the opportunity to work across and support all areas of the business.

We are dedicated to providing comprehensive, quality medical services in an efficient and caring environment. We have a great team of doctors, nurses, Allied Health and administration.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist patients with enquiries and appointments.

  • Answer and respond to telephone enquiries courteously and professionally.

  • Accurately process patient payments via cash, EFTPOS, and direct bill transactions.

  • Ensure the accurate storage and retrieval of patient personal and financial information.

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the medical centre.

Essentials:

  • Strong customer service and administration skills; The role is people-focused and requires excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

  • Attention to detail when managing documentation, booking appointments and filing.

  • We utilise a range of software which requires strong computer skills.

  • You will be working alongside a large, multidisciplinary team; we are looking for a team player with the ability to multitask.

Highly Regarded:

  • Previous experience in an accredited general practice.

  • Experience using Best Practice software.

  • Retail experience an advantage.
