With more than 1,300 dedicated employees, we pride ourselves on our people-first approach—balancing technical excellence with compassionate care.We're opening a brand-new PRC clinic in Bunbury, and we're looking for warm, professional, and proactive Medical Receptionists to join the founding team.This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in launching a new clinic from the ground up — helping shape the culture, systems, and patient experience from day one.The opportunityAs a Medical Receptionist in our Bunbury clinic, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and referrers.
You'll work closely with technical and clerical staff to ensure the day runs smoothly, providing excellent service and supporting the day-to-day administrative flow of the site.You'll enjoy being part of a close-knit team backed by PRC's broader network, with access to ongoing training, support, and career development.Key responsibilities include:Welcoming and checking in patientsManaging phone, email, and in-person enquiriesBooking appointments and assisting with workflow coordinationHandling billing, Medicare batching, EFTPOS, and data entryMaintaining patient confidentiality and a clean, professional reception spaceSupporting the team with general clerical tasks as neededAbout youYou'll bring a warm, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for patient care.
