Role Overview
We are seeking a
Technical Project Manager
to oversee and deliver website and software projects from concept to launch. The role requires a balance of technical understanding, project management expertise, and client-facing communication skills. You will be the bridge between clients, UX/UI designers, and developers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and trustworthy relationships.
- Take and interpret client briefs, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and aligned with project goals.
- Manage client expectations by providing updates, timelines, and progress reports.
Project Delivery
- Plan, scope, and manage website and software development projects from initiation through delivery.
- Define project requirements, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Team Collaboration
- Liaise between UX/UI design and development teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Facilitate communication, handovers, and approvals across departments.
- Identify and resolve blockers, ensuring the team has what they need to succeed.
Quality & Process
- Oversee testing and quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet client needs and standards.
- Maintain and improve internal project management processes, tools, and documentation.
- Ensure projects align with Endspace's commitment to innovation, design excellence, and technical performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a
Technical Project Manager
or similar role in digital, web, or software development. - Strong understanding of website and software development processes, including UX design, front-end, and back-end development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team engagement.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp) and agile methodologies.
Nice-to-Have
- Technical background (e.g., web development, software engineering, or UX) is a plus.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, or analytics tools.
