Role Overview
As a
Product Manager
at Endspace, you will be the bridge between our clients, stakeholders, and internal delivery teams. Your main responsibility is to
manage projects end-to-end
—from gathering requirements and defining scope, to coordinating design and development, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

. You will play a pivotal role in shaping client success and ensuring smooth delivery across multiple software and web projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Ownership:
Lead digital projects (software, websites, and web apps) from concept to launch. - Stakeholder Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring requirements are understood, documented, and delivered. - Planning & Roadmapping:
Define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with business and client goals. - Team Coordination:
Work closely with designers, developers, and QA to ensure efficient execution and quality outputs. - Agile Practices:
Oversee sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming where needed. - Risk & Issue Management:
Identify potential risks early, implement solutions, and keep stakeholders informed. - Quality Assurance:
Ensure that delivered solutions meet client expectations, technical standards, and usability best practices. - Continuous Improvement:
Gather feedback, analyse outcomes, and propose improvements for future projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a
Product Manager
or
Digital Project Manager
(ideally in an agency or software/web environment). - Strong understanding of
software development lifecycles (SDLC)
, web technologies, and digital product delivery. - Excellent
client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with
Agile and Scrum methodologies
. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a
digital agency environment
. - Understanding of
UX/UI principles
and
web design processes
. - Technical background (coding knowledge not required, but helpful to communicate with dev teams).
- Experience with
analytics tools
and measuring digital product performance.
