We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Development team and lead new store builds, refurbishments, and capital works projects across New South Wales. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in growing one of the world's most recognised quick-service restaurant brands.

About the Role:

As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery from planning and design through to opening day. You'll manage budgets, schedules and contractors to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest safety and brand standards.

Working closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance and external stakeholders, you'll ensure every new or refurbished restaurant delivers an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new builds, refurbishments and upgrades across NSW.
  • Develop project plans, budgets and timelines, and deliver against them.
  • Oversee contractors, architects and consultants to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Ensure projects meet NSW planning, safety and building regulations.
  • Monitor budgets, review tenders and provide cost forecasts.
  • Drive continuous improvement, sustainability and innovation in development processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years' project management experience in QSR, retail or hospitality.
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong financial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of NSW building codes, compliance and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
