The Project Manager, reporting to the Director of Property Operations, will lead the Projects team and oversee the end-to-end delivery of all infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for our Property Operations team.
A few of your responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, including Property Leadership, clients, designers, contractors, and developers
- Lead the project team to deliver projects safely on time, within budget, and to quality and design standards
- Responsible for all reporting and compliance needs through strong governance and quality assurance
- Develop and manage key project plans, including design, execution, WHS, quality, and handover
- Capital forecast planning
What we are looking for
- Proven success in leading capital works projects, ideally within the facilities management industry
- Qualified Project Manager with 10+ years post-qualification experience and professional membership
- Track record of establishing and managing projects with delivery excellence
- Strong understanding of all complex infrastructure project management
About You
You are a seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects from concept to completion. With over a decade of experience and a relevant professional qualification, you bring strategic oversight, strong leadership, and deep industry knowledge—particularly in capital works within the facilities management industry.
Your strengths include project governance, risk management, contracts management and the ability to implement effective tools and processes that drive visibility and performance across all phases of delivery.
