eCommerce Coordinator

We're on the lookout for an eCommerce Coordinator to join the team at General Pants

This role is a 6mth contract and based in Alexandria, onsite full time.

The Role

In this role, the eCommerce Coordinator plays a key part in bringing the online experience to life, ensuring website content remains fresh, consistent, and on-brand across all channels. Responsibilities include managing the product catalogue, enriching product data, optimising discoverability, and monitoring stock availability, all to deliver a seamless and inspiring shopping experience end to end.

Key Responsibilities

As the eCommerce Coordinator, the role involves a hands-on approach to bringing the General Pants digital experience to life, ensuring that products, content, and campaigns are seamlessly represented online.

• Driving product enrichment and optimisation, including writing SEO-friendly titles and descriptions, accurate category attribution, and selecting the best possible lead imagery.
• Ensuring all products featured in EDMs and marketing campaigns are live and available ahead of launch.
• Merchandising website pages using data-driven insights to create an inspiring, easy-to-shop experience that highlights the best of the General Pants range.
• Building and maintaining content landing pages, EDMs, and seasonal shoppable categories.
• Conducting regular website walk-throughs to identify missing product attributes, content gaps, and new merchandising opportunities.
• Assisting with sample management and product uploads to keep our online assortment fresh and accurate.
• Supporting with promotion setup, including managing discount codes and testing campaigns.
• Assisting in the studio as required to ensure products are photographed and uploaded on time

About You

• Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar support office role is required
• Experience in using excel
• Experience in Klayvio
• Exceptional attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Keen interest in fashion
• Degree or tertiary qualification in ecommerce, marketing or business desirable
