Marketplace Coordinator

Are you ready to take your career to the next level and work with some of the world's biggest retailers — including Macy's, Nordstrom, The Iconic, and Myer? We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketplace Coordinator to help manage and grow our global online marketplace partnerships.

In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you'll be hands-on across day-to-day operations — from product uploads and content optimisation to campaign coordination and ensuring our customers receive a seamless shopping experience, no matter where they shop our brand.

What You'll Do

• Manage the daily operations of the global marketplace and dropship channels
• Maintain, optimise, and monitor product listings to ensure accuracy, availability, and SEO best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather product data and update systems across multiple platforms
• Partner with third-party warehouses to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Resolve customer service issues and respond to vendor inquiries promptly and professionally
• Maintain promotional calendars and marketing reports for marketplace partners
• Support marketing and conversion optimisation initiatives across channel stores
• Ensure all brand content meets visual and messaging guidelines across each retailer's site
• Provide ad-hoc support for marketplace-related issues to ensure channels remain live and operational

Your Background

• 1+ year of experience in Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, or Marketing — recent graduates encouraged to apply
• Experience within an eCommerce environment highly regarded but not essential
• Prior experience in administration, customer service or retail an advantage
• Qualifications in Marketing, eCommerce, Media, or Communications preferred but not essential
