Hello Molly, one of Australia's fastest growing fashion eCommerce brands is seeking a talented and ambitious PR Coordinator to join our team We are looking someone who is diligent, organised and self driven to get things done and make an impact in our small but mighty team.

Our PR coordinator is responsible for managing relationships with influencers, creators, and key partners to strengthen Hello Molly's brand presence across digital and social channels. This role combines relationship-building, campaign execution, and trend awareness to deliver impactful collaborations that align with brand values.

You'll Do:

  • Oversee internal comms and own shared calendars to keep all activations on time and on brief.
  • Source and vet suppliers/partners (local, offshore, international) to elevate events and collabs.
  • Manage logistics end-to-end, including international parcel movements and on-site execution needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers, creators, talent managers, and key partners in priority markets.
  • Draft clear briefs/contracts (deliverables, timelines, usage rights, disclosure) and route for approvals.
  • Run gifting/creator programs from outreach to dispatch, follow-ups, content collection, and compliance.
  • Monitor performance and sentiment; maintain a creator/partner pipeline and deliver concise campaign reports.
  • Coordinate events/activations (guest lists, RSVPs, run sheets) and lead post-event wrap/analysis.
  • Negotiate rates/packages to maximise value; track costs and drive savings to deliver on-budget activations.
  • Manage our influencers welfare and travel—insurance, flights, accommodation, and transfers—across AU and international markets.

You'll Have:

  • 2+ years experience is essential – fashion, beauty or lifestyle experience is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Extremely organised with keen eye for the finest of details.
  • A master of efficiency; you plan, map out and action tasks independently of direction.
  • You are hungry for a career with opportunity; no two days are the same and you flex accordingly.
  • You are positive, engaged and upbeat, approaching each task with the same level of care and enthusiasm.
  • A natural communicator who collaborates with ease.
  • You are a DOER; finding solutions over challenges, no task is too big or too small.
  • You think on your feet and can plan with creativity.
  • Comfortable packing samples and occasionally working after hours at events.
  • It goes without saying you must be an exceptional communicator – both written and verbal.
