Arrow Transport is a leading force in Australia's transport and logistics industry, delivering reliable, customer-focused, and innovative solutions across the country. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Reach Stacker Operator to join our 3PL Warehouse team in Altona on the PM shift.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  1. Operating a container reach stacker to safely load and unload container trucks.
  2. Container allocation and safe, effective yard sorting.
  3. Safe stacking of containers in compliance with OHS requirements.
  4. Assisting with loading/unloading trucks and other warehouse duties when required.
  5. Completing pre-start inspections and documentation accurately.
  6. Working closely with Operations team staff to ensure smooth operations.
  7. Supporting the warehouse team as required with other warehouse related duties

To be successful in this role you will have:

  1. Current RS high risk work licence (Reach Stacker)

  2. Current LF forklift license

  3. Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
  4. Previous experience operating a reach stacker in a container yard.
  5. Full working rights in Australia.
  6. Ability to commit to Monday–Friday PM shift, with Saturdays as required.
  7. High focus on safety and COR compliance, with strong attention to detail.
  8. Reliable, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
  9. Eagerness to show initiative and be a team player.
