A fantastic opportunity to join one of the top ranked real estate teams in the country with this executive admin / reception role. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a top-performing real estate office in the Hills District. This role involves managing client communications, coordinating marketing campaigns, and providing comprehensive administrative support. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, contribute to a high-performing team, and have the opportunity to grow within a leading agency. Previous real estate experience is beneficial but not essential. Apply now

Duties include:

  • Reception/front of house;

  • Supporting the sales department;

  • Delivering excellent customer service and client care;

  • Data entry and systems administration; and

  • Assisting with marketing.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and good personal presentation;

  • Computer skills, typing speed and ability to learn quickly;

  • Organisational and time management;

  • Accuracy and attention to detail;

  • A valid driver's licence;

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service and software programs including Microsoft Office Suite, Agentbox would be preferred - but not essential; and

  • An Agent Rep Certificate would be a distinct advantage as would previous experience in a real estate office (but it's not a requirement).

  • Have good computer skills

  • Well-developed computer skills and typing speed;

  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment;

  • Enjoy working as part of a team, take pride in your work which is done to a high standard;

Salary starts from 70k dependent on age and experience.
