Fidel cafe, in the heart of Pennant Hills, is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Chef to join our team.

Fidel Cafe is a modern cafe at the new premises of Excelsia Univerity College offering high quality coffee and a gourmet menu with fresh seasonal produce at it's heart. We pride ourselves on a relaxed, community focused atmosphere and great food made with care.

What we are looking for

  • A Chef/Cook with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar cafe or restaurant setting

-Passion for food, presentation and quality

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Strong work ethic, reliability and positive attitude

-Good communication and organizational skills

-Flexibility with weekend availability

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare and execute a modern cafe menu with efficiency and consistency

-Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards

-Assist with stock management and ordering

-Contribute to menu development and daily specials
