Are you up for a new challenge where you will receive the support and training you need to succeed?

As our new National Admin Support, you will receive training in Administration Support, Customer Care, Customer Service and Accounts Receivable, to ensure every customers experience with Maytronics is exceptional

Responsibilities:

Customer Service/Customer Care:

· Answer the overflow of Branch and National customer phone calls

· Resolve sales, product, or service enquiries by clarifying the customer's needs

· Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers

Accounts Receivable:

· Provide Accounts Receivable support when required

Admin Support:

· Help to ensure abandoned calls are less than 5%

· Ensure customers receive timely responses - no longer than 24 hours
