The Role

As our Administration Allrounder, you'll be the backbone of our operations—keeping the office running smoothly and supporting projects across multiple sites. This role suits someone who loves variety, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently manage competing priorities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • General office administration: answering calls, emails, filing, and data entry
  • Accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations using MYOB
  • Job scheduling, purchase orders, and workflow management in SimPRO
  • Assisting with compliance documentation and project administration
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and field teams to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the role:

  • Essential: Proficiency with MYOB and SimPRO
  • Intermediate level MYOB proficiency with reporting capabilities required
  • Basic SimPRO navigation skills essential
  • Previous experience in an admin/accounts role
  • 3-5 years of administration and accounts experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
