The Role

our client is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Assistant to provide 1:1 support to our Managing Partner. This is not your average assistant role – it's a genuine opportunity to be fully immersed in the practice, working closely on high-quality matters every day.

What You'll Be Doing No two days will be the same Your role will include:

  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaising directly with clients
  • Managing billing and accounts tasks
  • Conducting legal research
  • Being the "go-to" person for your Partner across all matters

What we are looking for:

  • Previous legal assistant experience (commercial or property law desirable)
  • Exposure to PEXA, ASIC, InfoTrack and/or lease agreement drafting (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to take initiative and anticipate needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
