About the role...

As the "right hand" to a delightful Partner you'll be primarily responsible for  ensuring their busy Insurance Litigation practice runs smoothly and efficiently.

Some of your duties will include, but not be limited to;

  • diary and calendar management, including coordinating meetings and managing appointments
  • email and file management, including opening & closing files and archiving
  • prepare legal documents, briefs to counsel and associated correspondence
  • online court filing
  • liaise with clients, barristers, principals, interpreters and solicitors
  • manage billing and expenses, including assisting two other lawyers with their billing

Skills and experience we'd love...

To be considered for this pivotal role you will have previous experience as a Legal Assistant in Insurance Litigation or similar. You will also be able to demonstrate:- 

  • polished legal secretarial and administrative skills
  • advanced MS office skills (experience with iManage and FileSite an advantage)
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • the ability to prioritise work efficiently
