Great opportunity to join highly regarded, reputable mid tier law firm, who are known for their 'down to earth' culture and for taking a creative, fresh approach to legal practice, always seeking new innovative ways to deliver superior outcomes to their clients.

They are now looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to to join their team and assist a Partner, Senior Associate and Lawyer along with assisting with Marketing twist.

In this role your main duties will include:

  • Litigation work, including preparing briefs to Counsel
  • Preparing monthly client accounts
  • Large amount of diary management and arranging appointments
  • Typing, editing and proof reading letters of advice, memos, briefs and Court documents
  • Drafting basic correspondence
  • Admin. tasks, including electronic and hard copy filing
  • Marketing admin support
  • Extensive liaison with clients, lawyers and other staff

Skills and experience we'd love...

To be considered, you will;

  • have solid previous experience as a Legal Assistant in Workplace Relations/Employment law or Litigation law
  • display the ability to develop a rapport with clients at all levels
  • enjoy working in a fast-paced, challenging team environment
  • have an enthusiastic, confident approach and enjoy being part of a supportive, friendly team
  • display strong communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
