AUTHENTIC SICHUAN FOOD PTY LTD, operating as David Management Group, is the powerhouse behind some of Australia's most dynamic and fast-growing Chinese food brands—including David's Hotpot, David's Master Pot, RONG. Sichuan, and EASTEA. From our humble beginnings in hotpot, we have expanded into a diversified food empire covering over 14 Malatang outlets across Australia, two Sichuan restaurants, and new concepts:deep-fried skewers and milk tea. In 2025, we launched three new outlets under these brands to further expand our multi-format business model.

We support both direct-operated and franchised businesses through a centralized ecosystem including food production, supply chain logistics, training, and system support. Our model is highly adaptable to the Australian market and continues to scale rapidly.

About the role:

We are seeking a HR Recruiter to join our team in our Richmond office.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of high quality candidates for positions within our restaurant Groups and Business Services teams. You will pursue candidates that reflect our firm values and operate as an ambassador for our group, promoting our brand with candidates and external recruitment agencies alike.

What you'll be doing:

Sourcing

  • Advertise and manage job vacancies in multiple methods and cost effect channels, such as direct sourcing, employee referral, social media, job boards and networking to source and attract qualified candidates
  • Draft and refine job descriptions based on requirements from project lead or management
  • Maintain talent pool and pipeline to meet the evolving hiring needs of organisation

Hiring:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and achieve efficient recruitment outcomes to fulfil business and project needs in a fast-paced and challenging environment, which may involve onboarding
  • Screening and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers/project leads, including reviewing CV, recruiter screening, interview coordination, and frequent communication with candidates
  • Interview scheduling and diary management of all interviews taking place including checking availability of both interviewers and candidates, booking interviews, feedback follow-up & sharing with candidates, and ATS real-time update
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates, and deliver an amazing candidate experience throughout the interview process
  • Coordinate with HR Coordinator and lead negotiating and issuing letter of offer to target candidates
  • Prepare potential candidates' profiles to management executives for business purpose

Other:

  • Assess, prioritize, and manage daily activities to align with business objectives and operational urgency, and be transparent in the way you work
  • Collaborate with different teams, project leads and management ensuring effective and seamless hiring process
  • Ensure recruiting practices are integrated with other HR/Ops team members across onboarding process
  • Be proactive working in an environment that often requires agility and pivot thinking in a changing environment
  • Contribute in raising awareness of the David Management Group brand in the market.
