**Description**:
**About the Role**: Reporting to the CEO, the Head of HR, Risk & Safety will have an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by leading and continuing to shape our People Strategy into the future. As part of the Brown Family Wine Group Senior Leadership Team, this role will partner with our team to cultivate a culture that supports our family values, enhances our employee engagement and ensures operational excellence.
**Key Role responsibilities include**:

- Strategic HR Leadership to implement initiatives that align with our company objectives and supports our long-term company vision
- Organisational Design to optimise a sustainable workforce
- Talant Management including Recruitment and Retention strategies, Succession Planning, Leadership Development and Training programs to promote a high performing culture
- Employee Relations to ensure compliance to workplace legislation
- Compensation & Benefits to maintain competitiveness and equity
- Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About the person**: We are seeking an experienced HR professional who thrives on driving change in a fast paced and constantly changing environment to support strategic outcomes. You can engage stakeholders, including senior leadership, painting a vision and influencing people to bring them along on our journey. You will also have:
Minimum 10 years of experience in a HR Senior Leadership role
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar
Demonstrated expertise in employee relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to think strategically and identify innovative solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
