As part of the Brown Family Wine Group Senior Leadership Team, this role will partner with our team to cultivate a culture that supports our family values, enhances our employee engagement and ensures operational excellence. **Key Role responsibilities include**: - Strategic HR Leadership to implement initiatives that align with our company objectives and supports our long-term company vision - Organisational Design to optimise a sustainable workforce - Talant Management including Recruitment and Retention strategies, Succession Planning, Leadership Development and Training programs to promote a high performing culture - Employee Relations to ensure compliance to workplace legislation - Compensation & Benefits to maintain competitiveness and equity - Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety **Skills and Experiences**: **About the person**: We are seeking an experienced HR professional who thrives on driving change in a fast paced and constantly changing environment to support strategic outcomes. You can engage stakeholders, including senior leadership, painting a vision and influencing people to bring them along on our journey.
