- Onsite role in Richmond, VIC, working closely with the Executive Leadership Team.
- Part-time hours (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday – 22.5 hours per week).

- A diverse HR role covering recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and culture-building.

What You will Be Doing:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Leading and implementing employee wellness initiatives to support mental health, work-life balance, and a positive work environment.
- Providing HR guidance and support to employees and leadership.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and procedures.
- Developing and implementing HR initiatives, training programs, and employee engagement strategies.
- Handling employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigations when required.
- Maintaining confidential employee records and supporting workplace health & safety initiatives.

- Experience in HR roles within a professional office environment.

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the leadership team.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
- HR qualification (or equivalent experience) plus a current Police Check & Driver's Licence.
