**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Located in Richmond you will provide HR support to Aged and Community Care frontline management team. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this position will be responsible for supporting day to day key recruitment activity and providing HR operational support to a regionally dispersed team.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- You will have strong communication and organisation skills with the ability to build robust and effective relationships across the business with a passion for providing quality best practice HR support to your stakeholders. Previous experience involving recruitment, award interpretation and workforce data reporting and analysis is highly desirable.
