Human Resources Coordinator

Reporting to the General Manager HR and working closely with the rest of the HR team, the role will see you supporting a wide range of activities across the entire employee lifecycle.
**About the role**
Your day to day duties include:
- Working with the Recruitment team to conduct pre-employment screening and preparation of onboarding documentation
- Assist with HR initiatives such as performance reviews, employee engagement and recognition programs and policy and procedure reviews
- Working on our social media platforms for e.g. LinkedIn and Instagram as well as our Website
- Assist with corporate orientation sessions and compliance training for new employees
- Coordinate and book training including online learning platforms
- Assist with employee queries and provide information as appropriate
- PPE coordination and employee event management as required
- General HR administration and reporting
**About you**
Skills and experience includes:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualifications in an HR discipline
- Experience with new employee on-boarding activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to confidently engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, together with a strong customer service ethic
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail/accuracy
- Strong PC skills using MS Suite, document management, ERP systems and a design platform such as Canva would be desirable
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Willing to learn an grow and enjoy working in a team environment
