Ray White West Realty is looking for a Leasing Manager (Inspection Manager) to join our busy Property Management team. This is the ideal entry-level role for someone eager to build a long-term career with Australia's #1 Real Estate Brand .


About the Role

As a Leasing Manager, you'll play a vital role in the smooth operation of our Property Management department. Working closely with Property Managers, landlords, and renters, you'll be responsible for a variety of key tasks, including:

  • Hosting open homes and private inspections with professionalism and care
  • Presenting properties and confidently answering renter enquiries
  • Recording applicant feedback and inspection details in our systems
  • Completing detailed entry, routine, and vacate inspections
  • Contributing to team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives

This is a diverse, hands-on position where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and client interaction.


About You

To succeed as our Leasing Manager, you'll bring:

  • A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication
  • The ability to manage your workload and work independently
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays (With a mid week day of in lieu)
  • A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • A Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or the willingness to obtain it)
