Luxury Home Sales Consultant

As a key member of our sales division, you will guide prospective buyers through every stage of the home-building journey, providing expert advice and exceptional experience.
What You'll Do:
- With our new display home coming online in the new year, Varcons' builds are Victoria wide, generally within a 150km radius from Metro Melbourne, with a focus on the eastern suburbs. You will engage with clients from initial inquiry to contract signing, ensuring a seamless and premium customer journey.
- Skilled in selling quality and value through exceptional service and trusted, consultative client relationships from first contact to close.
- Excellent people skills and confidence to engage with customers. Providing a memorable moment (so they remember YOU).
- Understand client needs and provide tailored pricing in collaboration with our Sales Estimator.
- Maintain expert knowledge of luxury home design, inclusions, building codes, and council regulations.
- Proactively manage leads, following a structured sales pipeline to maximize conversions.
- Build and nurture client relationships through regular follow-ups, networking, and collaboration with developers.
- Maintain CRM with updated client records, follow ups, and status updates.
- Work closely with our Sales & Marketing team to implement effective sales initiatives and strategies.
- Meet quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Currently you will be working from our Caroline Springs Head Office Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm. Our new Display home at Mont Albert will be coming online in approximately March 2026 and work hours will then be reviewed to include manning the display home, (with a different roster and time off).
About You:
- Minimum 3-5 years proven success in new home sales, with at least 2 years in luxury or custom home sector
- Track record of achieving minimum $10M annual sales volume in luxury residential properties with expertise in high end custom, knockdown and rebuilds.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and passionate about delivering an elite sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Results-driven, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a high-performance team.
- This is not a Monday to Friday 9 to 5 job. Most of our clients are available for phone calls outside of work hours and most of our presentations are completed on a Saturday. That said there is a lot of autonomy in your working hours and conditions. Results are ultimately what matters
- You will receive a competitive base package and commission with uncapped earning potential
