Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our telecommunications retail store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive both operational excellence and revenue growth. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing, developing, and supporting a team of high-performing retail associates, while ensuring that sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Development

- Manage, mentor, and support a team of retail associates.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Lead by example and motivate staff to achieve individual and team goals.

- Recruit, train, and onboard new staff members.

Sales and Customer Service:

- Drive sales to meet and exceed store targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.

- Address and resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.

Operational Excellence:

- Maintain a high standard of store presentation and cleanliness.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment processes.

- Monitor and analyze sales reports, KPIs, and other relevant metrics.

- Implement and maintain efficient operational processes.

Revenue Growth:

- Proactively identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.

- Optimize accessory layout and merchandising to drive sales.

- Coordinate and execute promotional and marketing activities.

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the telecommunications industry.

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in using retail management software and systems.
