The Boardwalk Pizzeria in Caroline Springs, part of Spuntino Food Group, is looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead the Team.

The Role:

  • Liaise with the management and staff of the restaurant to ensure provision of top-quality customer services.
  • Provide required training to other members of staff, both new recruits and existing staff member
  • Supervise all areas of restaurant and assist when needed
  • Answering phones and handling reservations

The Ideal Candidates Must Have:

  • Strong customer focus & passion for hospitality
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • 2+ years of previous Assistant Restaurant Management experience within quality establishments or Supervisor
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work well in a busy environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine (highly advantageous)
  • Ability to engage with the local community
  • Willingness to learn
  • Has a valid RSA
  • Available to work a mix of shifts including weekdays, weekends and Public Holidays on a rotating roster
