The Role – Experienced Dental Assistant

We're looking for an Experienced dual trained Dental Assistant/Receptionist who's ready to take the lead. This role is ideal for someone with experience and who's ready to step into more challenging role having to manage both reception and assisting the dentist in one our newly opened clinics Our new locations in Essendon and Caroline Springs are currently building at a fast pace, you'll play a huge part shaping the team's success and clinic growth

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the smooth daily operations of the clinical and front desk area at these locations.
  • Providing an exceptional customer service experience to our patients
  • Managing clinical stock, ordering, and inventory control
  • Identifying opportunities to improve clinical workflows and assisting dentists to become more efficient
  • Leading by example in patient care, infection control, and clinical excellence

You'll play a hands-on role, both in the clinic and reception, and have a direct impact on the patient and team experience.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Highly experienced in chair-side assisting and dental reception - must have experience in both areas.
  • Confidence managing stock and clinical protocols
  • Proven experience within a dental reception setting
  • Detail-oriented and organised
  • Always looking for ways to improve systems and outcomes
  • Cert III/IV in assisting preferred but not mandatory.
