ROLE OVERVIEW
The Head of Socials is a passionate leader who combines data-driven strategy with creative storytelling to elevate Fluidform's presence as a global leader in health and wellness. The
Head of Socials
will work closely with the Brand Manager and Art Director to execute a comprehensive social media strategy to drive online brand engagement and creatively communicate the Fluidform brand core messages, marketing plan and objectives. This role requires social media platform expertise, a passion for creative elevation and strategic planning, and a pulse on current and emerging trends.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute an engaging, data-driven social media strategy which successfully communicates the brands marketing strategy and elevates the brands global and credible positioning.
- Combine elevated creativity with performance-led metrics to balance meaningful storytelling with conversion objectives.
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager and Art Director and content team to develop an impactful social strategy which successfully communicates the brand language, visual guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Achieve social performance metrics and drive business success through detailed reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with the wider team to propose and integrate partnerships, events, PR, relationships, clients, instructors and studios into the content strategy, to leverage key brand moments for social media exposure.
- Leverage social trends and tools to optimise efficiency, reporting and drive business success.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, brand marketing, communications, content and/or digital marketing
- Comprehensive understanding of social algorithms, platform best practices, and content optimisation techniques across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and relevant platforms.
- Trusted portfolio and references of building high performance social content strategies and campaigns with high engagement and conversion results.
- Experience with influencer and partnership relationships to leverage for social media content and brand awareness.
