We're on the lookout for a
Social Media Coordinator
to join our growing studio. If you live and breathe food, love crafting clever captions, and are ready to get hands-on with content—this could be your next move.

What you'll do:

  • Assist in creating and executing monthly content strategies and social media calendars
  • Write sharp, on-brand captions across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and more
  • Plan and produce iPhone-first content on shoot days (Reels, Stories, BTS, interviews)
  • Help brainstorm creative campaigns and bring brand stories to life
  • Liaise with clients for feedback, approvals, and updates
  • Contribute to content briefs and creative direction
  • Support in tracking analytics and reviewing performance reports

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for storytelling, writing, and social media
  • Knows how to write for different tones of voice—from cheeky to premium
  • Has strong attention to detail, is proactive, and organized
  • Loves hospitality and food culture (bonus points if you've worked in hospo)
  • Understands what makes content engaging and thumb-stopping
  • Is confident capturing content on an iPhone and spotting the moment

As Social Media Coordinator, you'll be the engine behind our day-to-day execution. You'll manage client accounts end-to-end, ensuring content is delivered, scheduled, and activated seamlessly across platforms. You'll bring creative ideas to the table, but most importantly, you'll be able to action them - from lo-fi content capture through to polished reels and graphics.

This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same: one day you'll be attending a shoot, the next you'll be editing reels, scheduling posts, or liaising with influencers.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in social media management (agency or in-house)

Strong skills in video editing (Reels/TikTok), Canva/Adobe, and scheduling tools

A social-first thinker who lives and breathes platforms, trends, and best practices

Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Organised, detail-driven, and confident managing multiple accounts at once

A love for hospitality, food, and lifestyle content is a big plus

Must be based in Sydney and available to work in-office.
