Work Type: Full Time Location: Potts Point, NSW Salary: $73,000 - $75,000 Superannuation Our Client "Fei Jai" is seeking a highly motivated & enthusiastic Chef to join their team. Responsibilities:

  • Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality
  • Working closely with the executive chef to develop menu ideas
  • Managing daily production and planning
  • Determining food inventory needs, stocking and orderings
  • Costing and controlling kitchen operations
  • Managing and work closely with other Chefs to all levels
  • Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
  • Maintain a climate of cooperation and respect between team mates
  • Train junior kitchen staff
  • Prepare and cook food based on the recipe guidelines

To quality for this role, you must have:

  • Relevant qualifications
  • 2 years experience in a similar role
