About us

Best Gift Group (home of Best Restaurants, Best Wellness, and Best Wineries) helps people gift premium dining and wellness experiences across Australia.

The role

We're expanding our range of curated experiences and need a creative, commercially minded coordinator to work with our 
existing
 restaurant and wellness vendors. You'll contact partners, ideate unique experiences, and get them live on our platform to drive sales.

What you'll do

  • Proactively call/email current vendors (restaurants, wineries, salons, spas) to 
    pitch and shape giftable experiences
     (e.g. chef's tasting + paired wines, weekday long lunch, couples massage + bubbles, seasonal "reset & glow" packages).
  • Recommend price points, inclusions, capacity and availability based on demand, seasons and campaign moments (Mother's Day, EOFY, Christmas).
  • Secure approvals, collect assets (menus, imagery, T&Cs), and 
    set up listings
     in our CMS with clear, conversion-ready copy and upsell hooks.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on launch timing and angles; track performance and share insights.

What you'll bring

  • Confident phone and email communication; you can guide busy owners to a clear "yes".
  • Creative, customer-centric thinking plus commercial judgment (pricing/margin basics).
  • Strong organisation skills.
  • Background in hospitality, wellness, retail, account coordination or sales support is helpful—but 
    students welcome
    .

What success looks like

  • Consistent stream of high-quality experiences onboarded each week (targets set after ramp-up).
  • High acceptance rate on pitched concepts and listings that convert.

Hours & pay

  • Casual
    , 
    2 days/week
     (flexible days).
  • $32 per hour + super
     + potential for commissions on top.
  • Potential to increase days and 
    grow the role
     into vendor upselling if you're nailing it.
  • Hybrid or Remote.
