With exponential growth and demand, we are looking for an Accounts and Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible for accurately managing order flow, supporting business performance through effective customer communication, and assisting with 3PL stock reconciliations, purchase orders, POD management, and domestic stock ordering.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your key responsibilities include;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure prompt and accurate customer service by processing all orders
  • Coordinate with 3PL warehouse partners to manage and deliver stock to customers.
  • Track, manage, and record Proof of Delivery (POD) for customer orders.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently through accurate order processing and problem-solving.
  • Maintain a basic understanding of finance processes, including customer credit limits and status; liaise with Accounts to confirm payments and release sales orders in SAP.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate customer pricing in SAP with Finance support.
  • Serve as a key liaison between customers, 3PL logistics and the accounts team.
