Account Coordinator – Senior Consultant (approxiately 12 Month FTC)

This is a perfect role to jump start a career in business development and client relationship management. This role will be covering parental leave for up to 12 months.
What will your typical day look like?
Playing a critical role in bringing the best of the firm to our CST and external clients, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of account management activities, including:
- Developing consistent high-quality account financial and pipeline performance reports and relevant client information,
- Coordinating Client Service Team meetings,
- Assisting in the delivery of campaigns, relationship programs and events,
- Managing the requests from various commercial frameworks, panels and supporting in bid activities,
- Managing the Teams site, CRM and pipeline system
- Developing internal communications and support client feedback by coordinating client interviews, win / loss debriefs and sharing information and insights,
- You will also collaborate with the account management community to build and leverage best practice and provide support for special project work as required.
About the team
Working as an Account Coordinator, you will be a key part of the Clients team at Deloitte. This important role supports some of the firm's top accounts, working closely with the Lead Client Service Partners, Client Account Managers, senior Partners and Client Service Teams (CST) to make an impact that matters to their clients.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience
- 3-4 years' experience in administration, project management or working in a complex team, ideally within a professional services firm environment
- Strong excel, data analysis and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Sound decision-making ability and capacity to exercise sound judgement and diplomacy
- Sound commercial business acumen and the ability to understand relevant markets and sectors
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Ambition to learn and contribute to a positive team environment
