Blue-collar team - Labour-hire and Temp-perm

We are an award winning national blue-collar recruitment company. We supply blue collar workers both to local and to large multinational clients across a multitude of industries such as Construction, Manufacturing and Warehousing. We are currently seeking a Senior Labour-hire recruiter to work with our super team for the long-term and work your way to senior management quickly We have been operating over 15 Years in Sydney and Melbourne with national accounts and have created a great work environment for our staff.

About the role:

As a Recruitment consultant, you will be offered the opportunity to work with and support our existing team. Training will be provided so you are et up foe success.

Your Duties:

  • Daily Screening, resourcing of candidates
  • Placement / Allocation of workers on clients sites
  • Business Development
  • Safety Management & data management (training provided)
  • Maintenance the Registration Database and compliance
  • Out of hours phone management (Rostered basis only)
  • Ongoing existing client management and business relationship development
  • Great modern office in a super central location.

To be successful you will need:

  • Full Drivers license (Company vehicle will be yours to take home and to visit clients daily)
  • We need career focused professionals who thinks long term for this role
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Advanced computer and technical capabilities
  • Organisational skills are a must – this office is fast paced
  • Ability to work to deadlines and across multiple functions
  • A committed, energetic and team -oriented professional personality
  • Basic knowledge of the Sydney Construction or similar blue collar Industry would be an advantage
  • Previous people management experience would be an advantage
  • Previous recruitment or labour-hire experience would be an advantage
  • Local Construction Industry / blue-collar knowledge would be a big advantage
