**Primary Purpose of the Role**:
The Office-Operations Manager manages, plans and has responsibility for the day to day operations, and administration of the business unit.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Provide support & advice on a range of admin, management & operational issues, ensuring business objectives are met
- Ensure quality information technology systems by identifying issues and addressing them in consultation with our corporate business partners and service providers
- Project manage special operational projects, including implementing new systems and, reviewing and improving administrative and records processes, to provide informed and innovative recommendations for service quality improvements
- Deliver, lead and manage essential administrative processes, staff and resources to ensure professional, efficient and cost-effective functions in the areas of human resources, recruitment, procurement, contract administration, finance, records management, internal communications, social media, fleet, travel and accommodation, and information technology
**About You**:
- Experience in developing and implementing complex office systems as well as experience in influencing changed organisational behaviour together with change management
- Experience in government process, procedure and administrative operating systems such as HPE Content Manager, MyCareer and SAP financial system
- Experience and understanding of procurement processes within the Government sector or equivalent, and previous construction contract management including GC21, MW21 and mini minor works
