The ICT Product Owner -HXM Systems is responsible for the product strategy and change implementation for Human Experience Management systems with a focus on SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll. This leader will drive a customer-focused culture aligned to Goodstarts’ Foundations, by empowering and enabling the teams to deliver outstanding service and support to our stakeholders.

This role can be worked as a remote position and will allow for flexible working arrangements.

**Your Impact**:
Managing the product backlog - consult with internal stakeholders, support vendors and the Vendor Account Manager to maintain a prioritised backlog of requests with clear requirements and benefits.
Product Liaison - Become the product expert and provide guidance and advice for internal support and business stakeholders, to gain information on the product and impacts of changes.
Successful vendor partnerships - build and maintain a framework for collaboration around product issues and enhancements.
Centre Focused - Lead and drive a Centre obsessed culture.

**You’ll bring to the table**:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant industry
Demonstrated resilience and an ability to manage competing priorities.
Detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors with a focus on Recruiting, Onboarding and Employee Central and SAP Payroll
Proven ability to manage change for users.
