**About the Role**
In a nutshell, we’re searching for a friendly Customer Finance Consultant to help customers navigate all things related to the finance side of their car purchase.

**Responsibilities**:

- Offer clarity, guidance and information through the finance journey and be able to share that information in a way that’s understood by our customers
- Promote and sell finance and insurance products whilst anticipating potential customer issues to troubleshoot and offer potential solutions for speedy resolution.
- Keep an open channel of communication with internal teams and stakeholders
- Maintain compliance within regulatory frameworks

**About You**:

- Experience within a relevant finance environment, ideally working within asset finance - automotive finance would be a plus
- Ability to clearly explain, and sell, finance products to people in a way they understand, and an ability to negotiate
- Computer literacy skills across multiple platforms and portals, and the flexibility to embrace new technology and ways of working
- Open to working outside traditional hours on a roster basis

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
