Our client helps B2B and B2C. They are now looking for their next Business Development Representative as they continue to grow the team..

It is a permanent role so if you're on a visa you must hold the qualifications and experience to be eligible for sponsorship and have 6 months left on your visa.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for making high volume (50+) cold calls per day, offering a free service to save customers money. You'll be responsible for building trust and rapport with the customer, and objection handling.
On Offer:
- $100k OTE (on target earnings) ncapped commission, so skies your limit With a $75k-$77k base + Super + Uncapped commission + lots of spiffs & incentives
- Bonuses are paid out monthly

What they're looking for:
- Ideally Sales Development Rep or Business Development Rep experience, or B2C or B2B sales experience in a phone-based sales role
- Cold calling experience/telemarketing experience is a bonus
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in the energy/similar industry is a bonus
