About The Opportunity
As an Enrolled Nurse, you play a crucial role in delivering holistic, high-quality care under the guidance of registered nurses.

This program supports your growth as you contribute to the well-being of patients by providing compassionate care, assisting with daily activities, and supporting both physical and psychological comfort. In this role you will -

  • Deliver patient-centred care in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia's professional standards.
  • Assist with patient assessments, monitoring health status, and reporting accurate healthcare information.
  • Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.
  • Participate in health care planning and evaluation to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
  • Engage in quality improvement activities while providing exceptional customer service.

About You

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with approved qualifications for medication, including IV administration.
  • Strong nursing knowledge and skills relevant to the specialty.
  • Effective clinical communication using IT, with clear written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work well within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Skilled at prioritising workload and committed to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
