Job Description:

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our sales department, you will support various administrative tasks to help drive our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales and education team with product information.
  • Create sales and point-of-sale materials.
  • Plan brand and product promotions.
  • Develop brand presentations for product launches.
  • Handle general correspondence with the sales team and customers.
  • Manage telephone and online inquiries.
  • Make travel arrangements and support various upcoming events.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and a "can do" attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong email etiquette is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an administration or support role.
  • Previous experience managing customer portals and platforms is highly beneficial.
  • Experience in the hair care or beauty industries is an advantage but not essential.
  • Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident holder.
