**The Opportunity**

A full-time opportunity has become available for a reliable and hardworking Sales Office Administrator to join our close-knit team.

We are looking for a highly organised person to look after our administration work.

This involves working the phones, communicating with customers, filing, mail outs, our website and warehouse systems and working closely with your colleagues.

**It is essential that you have the following skills**:

- Strong Computer literacy is a must
- Organizational skills
- Communication skills
- Multi-tasking
- Time-management
- Proactive and have a ‘can-do attitude
- Proofing and attention to detail

A sense of humour and a character of kindness and a company attitude is important to us.

**Job Types**: full-time

**Job Duties**:

- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Record and modify customer information within the database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested

**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Work Eligibility**:
Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) (preferred)

**Salary**: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
