Meanwhile, XAG has set up laboratories and research stations in 20 countries, including Australia, Japan, Germany, etc., participated in a number of frontier Agri-tech projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Walk through and manage the end-to-end sales process with customer leads and enquiries in support of sales targets
- Ensuring the satisfaction of customer needs by answering phone calls and directing to the appropriate person
- Assist with after-sales customer enquiries as required
- Providing a professional high standard of customer service that ensures high levels of customer satisfaction
- Learn, maintain and develop product knowledge and industry trends
- Assist sales technicians in producing quotations, liaising with customers and follow up until completion of the sale
- Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as required
- Travel nationally with potential to assist in demonstration and Promotion
- Travel internationally with potential to undergo training and provide training
- Investigate all defects and repair operational RPA equipment within agreed timeframes.
- Speaking with clients and diagnose defects with client over the phone
- Report to our Sales & Marketing Director who will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective supply of a range of goods used by our company

Minimum Skills & Experience:

- Ability to make and implement complex risk-based decisions under pressure.
- A willingness and ability to learn new skills quickly.
- Australian Driver Permit
- Right to work in Australia.
- Proactive and a good man manager.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Comfortable speaking with clients and agronomists over the phone and coordinating flights.
- Highly organized and able to keep on top of many different tasks at once
- Fluent English Speaking

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Fluent Chinese Speaking (Mandarin)
- Strong Written and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in managing time schedules
- Experience or knowledge in technological evolution of RPA technology
- Initiative, self-motivation and be driven to achieve targets/goals
- A drive to create positive customer experiences
- A genuine desire to assist clients in the achievement of their goals
- A passion/interest or background in UAV/Drone technology, electronics, cameras or computers OR an ability to understand and discuss technical product information with customers (desired but not essential as training will be provided)
