We're looking for an experienced, switched-on Executive Assistant to support a high-performing CEO in a role that goes beyond the typical EA remit.

You'll be joining a well-established and growing business known for its strong leadership and entrepreneurial spirit. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage a dynamic schedule while coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and logistics to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Prepare board reports, presentations, and high-level correspondence, acting as a trusted liaison between internal teams and key external stakeholders.
  • Provide support across business planning and project coordination, contributing to the efficient execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee personal financial matters including account management, investment administration, credit card reconciliations, and liaising with financial advisors with discretion and care.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the executive office by managing office supplies, stationery, and general upkeep.

About You

We're looking for someone with the experience and confidence to hit the ground running. You'll bring:

  • 5–10 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders, ideally including Founders and C-suite executives
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement
  • A proactive, energetic approach, you anticipate needs and get things done
  • Strong communication skills and a polished, personable manner
