The Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong client relationships while managing end-to-end advertising campaigns. You will act as the key contact for clients, understanding their needs, developing tailored advertising solutions, and ensuring successful campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and manage strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
· Design advertising proposals and customised media plans that align with client objectives.
· Coordinate with creative, design, and production teams to deliver high-quality advertising campaigns.
· Oversee the execution of advertising initiatives across multiple platforms (print, digital, social media, etc.).
· Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and prepare post-campaign reports.
· Manage client feedback, address concerns promptly, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
· Provide ongoing client support and account maintenance to foster repeat business.
About You
· Minimum 2 years' experience in account management within an advertising, media, or creative agency environment.
· Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
· Strong understanding of advertising strategies, campaign planning, and media coordination
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas and negotiate effectively.
· Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Chinese) is essential to effectively serve our diverse client base.
· Results-driven with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
