Are you an experienced Tax Accountant looking for a long-term role in a supportive, well-established public practice? This respected boutique firm is seeking an Intermediate–Senior Accountant with approximately 5 years' experience to join their team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys advisory work and wants to build deep client relationships—not just process compliance.

Choose Your Location

Depending on where you live, you can work from either office

• 10 minutes outside the city
• 40 minutes south of the river
• Flexibility to split your week between offices if desired

Your Role

You'll work alongside the Partners across:

• Advisory: KPI reviews, BAS discussions, business strategy, succession planning, wills, and broader commercial advice
• Compliance: Tax returns, BAS, and general accounting
• SMSF exposure is advantageous but not essential

Your ability to deliver insight—not just numbers—will be highly valued.

Optional SMSF-Focused Role (Part-Time)

If you have SMSF experience and prefer to specialise, there is also a part-time position focusing primarily on self-managed super funds. Ideal for someone who:

• Wants part-time work (2-3 days per week)
• Enjoys SMSF administration and advice
• Prefers a niche, specialist focus

Candidates can apply for the main role, the SMSF-focused role, or discuss a hybrid depending on their skills and preferences.
