Aresolution is a well-established private practice located in the heart of Applecross, proudly serving the community for over 12 years. Nestled amidst a lively cafe strip, our office enjoys a prime location just off Canning Hwy and the Kwinana Fwy. **Position Available: Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)**
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role requires a commitment of 4-5 hours per day, spread over 3-5 days a week (preferrable from 8 am). You'll play a crucial role in supporting our psychologists and existing administrative staff.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prioritise and manage tasks efficiently to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Oversee invoicing procedures for Medicare and other third-party entities.
- Assist in compiling data for various reports.
- Manage appointment scheduling and waitlists, providing support to clients.
- Maintain and update office procedures, accounts, and records.
- Uphold a friendly and professional demeanour, exhibiting empathy towards clients.
- Liaise effectively with clients, family members, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and stationery.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computing skills and IT knowledge.
- Maintain excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Adapt quickly to feedback and undertake various administrative duties.
- Collaborate effectively within a busy team environment while also working independently.
- Ensure punctuality and reliability in all tasks.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar role (preferably within allied health).
- Exposure to private practice, either medical or allied health, is advantageous.
- Commitment to long-term employment with potential for growth or flexible hours adjustment.
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills and adept problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
