Our client, a leading boutique serviced apartment group, is seeking a talented Director of Sales to lead their national sales strategy across four states. Renowned for design, style, and exceptional guest experiences, this group is growing rapidly and requires a proven sales leader to take them to the next level.

The Role

  • Develop and execute the national sales strategy
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team
  • Drive growth across corporate, leisure and MICE markets
  • Build strong client and partner relationships
  • Identify new opportunities and ensure market competitiveness

About You

  • Proven senior sales leadership experience in hotels, serviced apartments, or hospitality
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
  • National-level strategic experience, with hands-on capability
