National Manager- Operations

Yamaha Motor Australia Operations and Logistics division has an exciting career opportunity. If you are a highly motivated, enthusiastic self-starting individual, and have a background in warehouse operations management this position will be a rewarding new challenge for you.

Reporting directly to the Senior General Manager – Operations, this role is based in the NSW office located at Wetherill Park.

The successful applicant should have:

» The ability to develop and implement effective Supply Chain Management and logistics strategies.

» A strong background in oversight of all aspects of warehouse operations including:

· Workforce planning.

· Achievement of operational objectives.

· Strong Analytical skills.

· Experience in Dynamics 365.

· Development and improvement of systems and processes.

· Warehouse planning and design.

· Stock and site security.

· Knowledge about WHS policies and legislation.

» Effective stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with a large network of vendors.

The successful applicant will have full oversight of Yamaha Motor Australia's warehousing operations nationally and will encompass setting and implementation of strategy and standards and both development and continuous improvement of all associated systems, processes, design, and infrastructure.
