**About the Role**
We’re currently on the lookout for a National Account Manager who is eager to drive and maintain business growth and development within our manufacturing channel.
As the National Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and the successful achievement of business objectives.
This role would suit a motivated self-starter who thrives in a result driven and fast-paced environment
Key responsibilities will include:
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Oversee customer relationships, maintaining high levels of communication and support.
- **Sales Performance Management**: Drive sales and gross margin performance, ensuring targets are consistently met.
- **Channel Strategy Development**: Develop and manage an overarching channel plan aligned with our broader sales strategy.
- **New Business Growth**: Identify and pursue opportunities for new business development within your key channel.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work across departments to prioritise and implement commercial initiatives that address the needs of consumers, customers, and the company.

**About you**
You are a confident communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills. This role will suit a seasoned Sales Account Manager who is organised, results-oriented, and seeking a long-term opportunity within a supportive and friendly environment.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- A proven track record in effectively managing customer accounts
- Experience executing strategic sales initiatives
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Experience in selling Meat and/or limited shelf-life food products (desirable)
